22 July 2012: Equity Weekly covers a seminar on the launch of the Project for Agriculture Development and Economic Empowerment (PADEE). The project will provide micro-credits to group of farmers to improve their income-generating activities in their respective provinces. The project is under the supervision of the International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD) and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
