Rape is a significant problem in Cambodia and some victims say that intervention from relevant authorities is limited and that some perpetrators are able to escape legal punishment. We look at the factors contributing to this problem and examine what level of justice victims receive from the courts. This raises the issue of how much confidence victims have in the legal system.
