15 January 2012: Approximately 50,000 international and local tourists recently enjoyed Cambodia's first Sea Festival which encourages tourists to visit Cambodian coastal areas rich in biodiversity, including islands and beautiful white sand beaches. The festival also promotes the preservation of beach environments with the slogan "Clean city, clean resort and good service". We look at the steps that need to be taken by the relevant institutions to help manage waste and to keep the beaches clean.

Many tourists are appealed to come to Cambodia as it is a country that holds many authentic cultural facets. A new trend is rising: homestay. They go to far ends to experience the real Cambodia.
